RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund:

Products must remain in their original, unused condition.

Hair must not be dyed, bleached, chemically processed, unraveled, washed, cut, or installed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product showing signs of wear, installation, or tampering is not eligible for return or refund.

All returns are inspected before approval. Items that do not meet eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer without refund.

Product Verification Requirement

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect hair extensions before altering or installing the product.

Any product that has been installed, altered, colored, washed, cut, or chemically processed is considered accepted and no longer eligible for return, refund, or defect claims.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Due to lighting, screen settings, and natural hair variation, color, texture, and pattern may vary slightly from product photos or previous orders.

Return Process

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return by submitting a support ticket.

After return approval, items may be returned in-store or by mail.

Mail returns receive a prepaid label and must be shipped within 7 days of issuance. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in return cancellation.
